Story of Guntur Karam:
Venkataswamy (Prakash Raj) is a politician and his daughter Vasundhara (Ramyakrishna) also enters politics and takes oath as a minister. Vasundhara is first married to Satyam (Jayaram) and has a son, Ramana (Mahesh Babu). But when there are fights in Voor, Vasundhara leaves her husband and son in Guntur and comes to Hyderabad to join her father. There she marries Narayan (Rao Ramesh) for the second time and they have a son named Rajagopal (Rahul Ravindran). Venkataswamy claims that Rajagopal is his rightful heir and tries to make him contest the elections. But the first heir calls Ramanna to Hyderabad and asks him to sign the deed documents saying that he does not need the property and has no relation with Vasundhara. Venkataswamy Vakelu Pani (Murali Sharma) sends his daughter Ammulu (Sreeleela) to Guntur saying that he will sign with Ramana anyhow. Ammulu goes to Guntur with Balu (Vennela Kishore), but falls in love with Ramana. Has Raman signed yet? Why is Ramna’s mother Vasundhara angry?
